3.2 Trading Decision Responsibility
3.2.1 You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any consequences that may arise.
3.2.2 Conduct thorough research and seek independent financial advice before making trading decisions.
3.3 Strategy Followers
3.3.1 As a trader whose strategy is followed, you are solely responsible for the strategies you employ.
3.3.2 Do not engage in manipulative or deceptive trading practices.
4. Compliance with Laws

4.1.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of the BoerFunded platform.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1 Violation of Terms
5.1.1 Users must not engage in any activities that violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
5.1.2 Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraud, market manipulation, and unauthorized access to the platform.
5.2 Reporting Violations
5.2.1 Users are encouraged to report any suspected violations of these terms or any suspicious activities on the platform promptly.
5.2.2 BoerFunded will investigate reported violations and take appropriate action, which may include the suspension or termination of accounts.
6. Termination

Account Management:
BoerFx Company reserves the right to maintain one or more accounts in your name and to execute transactions on your behalf based on your instructions, whether communicated orally, in writing, or electronically. These instructions may also be given by your officers, partners, principals, employees, or other authorized agents (“Representatives”).
Risk Responsibility
You bear the risk associated with all instructions provided by your Representatives. You agree to indemnify and absolve BoerFx Company from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, fees, costs, and expenses arising from our reliance on such instructions. This includes any improper, unauthorized, or fraudulent instructions given by your Representatives, with the exception of cases involving gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BoerFx Company.

By applying to open an account with BoerFx Company, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
Representative Instructions
Any instructions given by your officers, partners, principals, employees, or other authorized agents are considered valid and binding. You are responsible for the actions and instructions of your Representatives in relation to your account.
Risk Allocation
The risk associated with unauthorized or improper instructions provided by your Representatives lies with you as the account holder. BoerFx Company will not be held responsible for such instructions. You agree to indemnify and protect BoerFx Company from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, fees, costs, or expenses arising from our reliance on such instructions. This includes any instructions that are found to be improper, unauthorized, or fraudulent, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BoerFx Company.
